• If you are using LCD panel or projector, make sure you arrive 1-2 hours before the presentation to test on it.
• Practice your presentation on site if possible
• Make sure you have battery attached on your presentation laptop, just in case if the power goes off
• Bring an extension cord and power strip just to make sure you can plugin any power you need
• Use a mouse if you are presenting from your laptop
• Make sure you bring external speaker if there’s any video or music from your presentation
• Disable your screen saver
• Disable any Messaging system to prevent any pop up during presentation
• Disable any sound system that might interrupt your presentation
• Create a backup of your presentation in your USB drive and make sure you bring it along.
• Distribute photocopy of your presentation or supporting materials after the end of presentation
• Set your laptop screen resolution and color to adapt to the LCD panel or projector.
